Hooray! It is the first PSE Stingray radish harvest of 2016!
These beautiful radishes were planted, tended to, and harvested by PSE students from the Eli’s House Stingray Garden. It is so exciting seeing the kids’ hard work pay off not only in terms of the wonderful crop, but also how they are so lovingly recognized by the PSE staff and cafeteria. And, we didn’t know that radishes have as much potassium as bananas! We, too, are are learning something thanks to the Stingray Garden.
Congratulations on a great harvest, Stingrays!
